piolo...
this is a kindda baduy post... but I don't care whether you'll read this or not!!! :D hehehe. just too happy to care. medyo late na to, humupa na ang aking kilig from last Monday. well, well, well. medyo baduy talaga to pero..
Last monday, I had a date with my long-time bestfriend Chame. She's just here for approximately 6 days, and she alotted a day with me.
So nung lunch, pinuntahan nya ako dito sa office and we had lunch sa Starbucks. Dapat hindi na ako babalik office kaso, me pending akong trabahong kelangang tapusin, so balik ako. At exactly 6pm, nagmeet na kmi sa Glorietta, had dinner and decided to check at SM for SEA Games souvenirs.
On our way to SM, sinimplehan ko lang sya na if I had plans of watching Don't Give Up On Us alone that night (ayaw kasi ni Tin! hmpf!) nagulat ako when she agreed to watch it with me kahit last full show na. ayun na... Grabe, ang gwapo ni Piolo Pascual. nakakaloka. (hahaha pagpasensyahan na ang aking ka-cheap-an!)
Yun pala napanuod din ni Chame si Piolo dun sa Bday Concert ni Sharon Cuneta nung Sunday. Yung Nandito Ako na song na trio sila nina Sam Milby ng PBB, si Sharon at si Piolo. Grabe talaga. ang gwapo ni Piolo!
Gulat ako ang mahal na pala ng sine ngayon. Pero di bale na, kay Piolo pa lang panalo na!
hehehe, ang gwapo nya talaga. Actually, medyo ayos yung story line nya, panalo din ang location (sagada at mga bundok ba naman!).

si Abby (Judy Ann) is career oriented at saka dominante. She works for an advertising company. S
ya ang paboritong ate ng bunsong kapatid nyang si Samuel, na magpapakasal supposedly kay Sabina na bestfriend ni Abby. Abby took charge of everything dun sa preparation ng kasal ng kapatid nya. kaso lang the twist started when Sabina walks out in the middle of her despidida de soltera. Sa pagtakas nya naiwanan nya ung bag nya, kaya dun nakita ni Aby ung tape na "don't give up on us" with a name of the club in Baguio (Ayuyang) at ung name ng guy na Vince. All along akala ni Aby, si Vince ang reason bakit umalis si Sabina. Being that hard-headed that she is, sumugod sya sa Baguio.
Sa Vi
ctory Liner, nanakaw yung maleta ni Abby. Hinarang nya ang truck ng isang lalaki (si Piolo) at pinahabol ung kumuha ng maleta nya.
well, after a while, pinuntahan ni Abby yung Ayuyang, and there he was singing ung lalaking hinarang nya at binully na sundan ung magnanakaw at si Vince, the guy she was after. Of course, as the story progresses she found out what happened to Sabina, and fell in love with Vince.
since they are from 2 different worlds (isang lalaking simple at isang babaeng hindi mabubuhay sa simpleng paraan), there's the conflict. Vince finally accepted that Star Records offer that was being mentioned in the movie, and he finally entered Abby's life.

Basically un lang sya. Of course, its the details in between that makes it nice to watch. Feel good movie lang talaga.
May ilan lang kaming observations ni Chame.
1. hindi naging malinaw yung nangyari kay Sabina.
2. bkit ang bilis bilis tumulo ng luha ni Judy Ann? si Piolo din!
3. hindi magaling si Judy Ann sa mga "landian" scenes nila. parang medyo uncomfortable sya.
4. bkit si Vince ang nag-adjust for their relationship to work? o conservative/idealistic lang kami?
I have a friend na almost same yung situation. If he finally decided to follow his GF sa states, he would be giving up a lot... his career, his principles... which is syempre iba sa ego ng isang lalaki. But I guess, if they will just be looking at it in a different perspective, parang un na ang ultimate sign of your love di ba?
Come to think of it, walang sense yung entry ko.
Just two important points:
a. ang gwapo ni Piolo Pascual super!
b. I had a good time with Chame! :)

sensha, di ko talaga kayang mkita si juday in a love scene. nagkaka-goosebumps ako! PROMISE!

hay inisip siguro ng mga gumawa ng movie nito (na kapangalan mo) e matatago nila yung kakulangan ng muvi sa kagwapuhan ni piolo! in fairness they almost suceeded! =)
gwapo talaga ni piolo! by now i should have gotten over it kaso mukhang next monday pa para 1week later!
fan ako ni juday!!! hahahaha!!! =) kaso ndi ko pa napapanood ung muvi =(
baka siguro kasi babae yung director o pati ung script writer kaya lalaki yung nag-adjust? hmm. anyway...

Alam mo chex, mas ok na lover at mas ok sa bed yung mga bading, since bading sya alam nya how to make a woman really happy! so basically I don't really care kung bading si Piolo! with the way he makes landi in the movies malamang... hahaha. Alam mo after the movie feeling ko sa kin nya ginagawa lahat ng ginagawa nya kay Juday. hahahaha.
si Bb. Joyce po ang director, not sure with the writer. Pero I guess, yeah, kahit kung ako si Bb. Joyce I'd definitely do the same, but elaborate further on the case of Sabina. :)
