Stampede at ULTRA
Hayy... last weekend OCMI celebrated it's 10th year anniversary by having a "party" at Tagaytay, that's when I heard the news that... our founder's mother died at the tragic Stampede at ULTRA. I didn't believe it first, pero tutoo daw e.
Grabe ung nangyari na un sa ULTRA. It was crazy, but it also reflected how desperate our society is. Imagine camping outside of ULTRA for how many days hoping that you'd get some "easy" money and hoping that lady luck might be at their side. diosko. But look at what happened.
Ganyan na siguro kahirap ang buhay ngayon, lahat na lang papatulan magkaron lang ng perang panggastos, perang pangtustos sa ating mga pamilya. Nakakalungkot, but that's the reality of life. Survival of the Fittest.
Maraming namatay, 79 ata, dunno the last official count that they had. Mostly were women and elderly. Sabagay ano ba naman ang laban nila sa mga lalaking malalakas. :( nakakalungkot. Crazy.

grabe talaga un! what saddens me is seeing people waving at the cameras with dead people in the background. it's sick. =(
